リゾート開発において、水資源の負担や自然環境への影響が懸念され、沖縄では水不足が深刻化しています。
豊かな自然を守りながら、リゾートに欠かせない水資源を確保できないだろうか？
雨水利用の文化から着想し、災害時には飲料水も提供できる雨水循環濾過システム「リアクア」を開発。
インフラが未開拓の地でも、新たに水道管を引き込むコストよりも安価に抑え、自然にも手を入れる事もなく、
環境保全と地域貢献を両立し、SDGs に基づき、豊かな自然と調和する持続可能な未来を目指します。
Heavenly Blessings: Making the Most of Rain
In some resort development, concerns have been raised about the burden on water resources and the impact on the natural environment, leading to a serious water shortage issue in Okinawa.
Is it possible to secure essential water resources for resorts while preserving the rich natural environment?
Drawing inspiration from the culture of rainwater usage, the “Re AQUA” Rainwater Circulation Filtration System has been developed, which can also provide drinking water in times of disaster.
This system proves lesser cost than laying new water pipes in undeveloped areas, without disturbing nature,
aims for a sustainable future in harmony with abundant nature, based on the SDGs, by striking a balance between local contributions and environmental preservation.

建物の基礎を「雨水ピット」として活用して、雨水の貯水・濾過行い、プールや浴槽の給水として利用、
またプールの濾過循環システムにも同様の仕組みを用いる事で、肌に優しくて汚れが付着しにくい、
ファインバブルが含まれたミネラルイオン水のプールを実現します。
災害時に断水した際でも、「雨水ピット」の水を濾過する事で、
5 人家族で約15 日間の飲料水（15000L）を提供可能となります。
沖縄の水資源を守る雨水浄化システムとプールの濾過循環システムを組み合わせた、
今までにない浄化設備「リアクア」を実装した、ヴィラが誕生します。
Preparing for Disasters by Utilizing Rainwater (Environmentally Conscious Architecture)
Utilizing the building foundation as a “rainwater pit,” rainwater is stored and filtered, and used as water supply for swimming pools and bathtubs,
By adopting the same system for the pool’s filtration and circulation system, it enables the creation of a mineral ionized water pool containing fine bubbles that is gentle and less prone to dirt on the skin.
In the event of water supply disruption during disasters, filtering the water from the “rainwater pit” can provide a five-person family with approximately 15 days’ worth of drinking water (15,000 liters).
Combining Okinawa’s water resource-preserving rainwater purification system with the pool’s filtration circulation system,
The villa will be born, implementing an unprecedented purification facility called “Re-Aqua”.
1, どうして雨水を利用しようと思ったか
天の恵み：雨を活かす
リゾートの開発・設計の相談を受ける際に、住宅街では無く絶景を選ぶことが多く、建設する敷地まで水道を引き込むのに莫大な費用と自然環境に手を加える必要がありました。
またインバウンドの影響もあり、昨今リゾート施設が増えてきており、給水が不足する事態が沖縄だけでなく、日本各地でも起き始めています。
豊富にあるはずの水資源をうまく活用できず、また島の方々の生活にも悪影響を与えてしまっている現状を踏まえて、島の豊かな自然や生活を守りつつ、これからの水資源との共存を考える必要がありました。
その答えを探す中、沖縄の先人達は水の確保に様々な知恵を活用してきた文化があり、雨水を「天水」と呼び利用していたことを学びました。
このシステムを現代風に利用できないだろうか？
それがこのシステムを開発するきっかけとなりました。
また、このシステムのもう一つの側面として、災害の時にも大きな役割を担います。
災害大国である日本。万が一のことが起きてしまった時に、地域の人々にも貢献できるような施設でありたいと考え、いざというときにこのシステムを利用して、SDGs であることを前提に、地域貢献を念頭に入れて開発を進めてきました。
天の恵み「雨水」を活かして、環境保全と地域貢献の両立を目指したい。
これがリアクアに込めた、弊社の願いである。
1. The Reason Why We Decided to Use Rainwater
Blessings from the heavens: Making the most of the rain
When consulting on resort development and design, it is common to choose breathtaking views rather than residential areas. This often requires a significant cost to bring water supply to the construction site and may involve altering the natural environment. With the influence of inbound tourism, the number of resort facilities has been increasing recently, leading to water shortages not only in Okinawa but also in various parts of Japan.
The island needs to consider the coexistence with water resources for the future while protecting its rich nature and way of life, given the current situation where the abundant water resources are not being effectively utilized and are negatively affecting the lives of the islanders.
In their quest for answers, the ancestors in Okinawa had a culture of utilizing various wisdom to secure water, learning to utilize rainwater as “heavenly water.”
Is it possible to adapt this system in a modern context?
This became the motivation to develop this system.
Furthermore, as another aspect of this system, it plays a significant role during disasters. Japan, is a country prone to disasters. In the event of an emergency, we aim to be a facility that can contribute to the local community, and we have been developing this system with the idea of contributing to the community in mind, assuming it aligns with the SDGs.
We aspire to utilize the blessing from heaven, “rainwater”, to aim for both environmental conservation and local community contribution.
This is the wish that our company has embedded in Re Aqua.
2, どのようなシステムか？
建築時に必要となる基礎を雨水ピットとして活用して、雨水の貯水・濾過行い、プールや浴槽の給水として利用、
またプールの濾過循環システムにも同様の仕組みを用いる事で、肌に優しくて汚れが付着しにくい、
ファインバブルが含まれたミネラルイオン水のプールを実現します。
災害時に断水した際でも、「雨水ピット」の水を濾過する事で、5 人家族で約15 日間の飲料水（15000L）を提供でき、また「プール」の水はトイレ等の中水や消火活動にも利用できます。
沖縄の水資源を活かす雨水浄化システムとプールの濾過循環システムを組み合わせた、今までにない浄化設備を開発しました。
主な浄化設備の構成としては、下記の3 つとなります。
・不純物を分解・凝集・析出を行い、菌やウイルス等を不活化させる「ミネラル」
・不純物の濾過や匂いを除去する「４重のフィルター」
・洗浄効果や生理活性効果を高められる気泡を溶解する「ウルトラファインバブル」
先人の知恵により雨をデザインし、インフラを支える。
災害に備え、環境に配慮した開発を。
風のように自由な発想で、災害大国日本の備えになりたい。
2. What Kinds of System?

In the event of water supply disruption during disasters, filtering the water from the “rainwater pit” can provide a five-person family with approximately 15 days’ worth of drinking water (15,000 liters), and the pool water can be purposed for toilets and firefighting.
We have developed an unprecedented purification system that combines Okinawa’s water resource-preserving rainwater purification system with the pool’s filtration circulation system.
The three main components of a purification system are as follows:
- “Minerals” that that decompose, coagulate, and deposit impurities and inactivate bacteria and viruses.
- “Four layers of filters” to filter impurities and remove odors.
- “Ultra Fine Bubble” that dissolves air bubbles to enhance cleaning and bioactivation effects.
Designing for rain and supporting infrastructure through the wisdom of our ancestors.
Prepare for disasters and develop in consideration of the environment.
With a free thought as the wind, want to be reliable presence for a preparation in disaster-prone Japan.
